Centralia, Illinois is a small town off the beaten path (population 1600). The Pantry Restaurant is the social center of this little community. Each time of day has it’s own crowd, from the early risers in the morning to the drunks that stop by after the bars close. The food is good, the prices are reasonable, and the people are friendly. It is one of those places where “everybody knows your name.”
