The Papermoon Diner (227 West 29th Street) serves good coffee and great food 24/7, but its real draw is the decor. It's covered wall to wall, ceiling to floor, with crap -- primarily of the doll/action figure variety, but also everything from pez dispensers to lunchboxes and other commercialized nostalgia. As such, it's a great late night destination: the service is friendly, the atmosphere is chill, and the comestibles are tasty (but a little overpriced).
