Morningstar76 is one of those "youth culture hangouts" that's present in every town, the sort of place where you can see homeless-looking youths smoking cigarettes and discussing politics and literature while enjoying an adjustment to your music tastes by the painfully hip indie rockers that work behind the counter. The crowd can be a bit young sometimes, but for the most part it's a great place to meet the locals and just hang out. Plus, you can smoke!
