I believe all of them are open 24/7, but I can only vouch for the Deep Ellum and University Parks locations. Great breakfast food and other items with an ethnic flare. Local artists decorate the walls with paintings and photographs that are available for purchase. The Deep Ellum location will have a high contingency of late night post-bar folk, while the University Parks location will have a higher rate of the artsier SMU kiddos. The build-your-own-crepes and roasted red potatoes are personal favorites of mine. They have a bunch of coffee and desserts to choose from as well.
